A galvanized wire frame is twisted together and then covered with 8 to 10 layers of tissue paper and white glue. Once dry, ink lines are brushed on the surface using India ink. A U.L. approved lamp is installed inside with an online switch and a coat of lacquer provides the shine. ENJOY!
